All services on Kyubox are digitally delivered and access is granted instantly after payment.

2. Course Cancellation Policy

• 🚫 Once a course is purchased and access is provided, it cannot be cancelled.


• 🚫 Users must review course details carefully before payment.

3. Refund Eligibility (Valid Cases Only)

• ✅ Payment deducted but course not activated within 24 hours


• ✅ Duplicate payment for the same course


• ✅ Failed transaction due to bank or PayU technical issue

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• ❌ Course content accessed


• ❌ Wrong course chosen by user


• ❌ Change of mind after purchase


• ❌ Internet or device issues


• ❌ Discount or promotional purchases


• ❌ Refund requested after 72 hours


• ❌ Misuse or sharing of account

5. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

• ✔ Users can cancel future renewals anytime


• ✔ Current subscription cycle is non-refundable
