At Kyubox, your privacy is our highest priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our mobile app.

- Personal: Name, email, mobile number, address (if required)
- Device & Usage: Device model, OS/app version, IP address
- Transactions: Purchase history & order references (no sensitive credentials)

- App performance and user experience improvements

3. Payments & Google Play Billing
- All in-app purchases use Google Play Billing
- No external payment gateways are used inside the app
- We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords

Account & Data Deletion
Kyubox allows you to request account and personal data deletion in line with Google Play User Data policies.
What Will Be Deleted
- Profile details (name, email, phone, address)
- Course progress and learning history
- Device/usage data linked to your account
Legal exception: Some financial records may be retained if required by law.
How to Request
Option 1: Email
- Registered name
- Registered email
Option 2: In-App → Account Settings → Security→ Delete Account
Processing Time
- Identity verification may be required
- Processed within 7–14 working days
- Confirmation sent after completion
Important
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Loss of access to purchased content & history
- Some records may be kept for legal compliance
